I hold two fundamental beliefs about all humans; firstly, I believe every individual is infinitely unique. Secondly, I think every person can grow and be better than they are today. I believe my job is to help you find the tools and resources you need to continue growing. 

My favorite aspect of therapy is that it can be tailored to individuals' authentic thoughts, feelings, experiences, needs, or desires. For this reason, I prefer to work from an integrated approach of attachment and humanistic perspectives combined with training in practical skills like mindfulness, somatic stress reduction, and other cognitive-based approaches.

Through an integrated approach, I can begin to understand your individuality. This means helping you define what happiness looks like for you, helping you make a growth plan, and supporting your journey to achieving your goals.

I grew up in a small town outside of the Kansas City area and enjoyed supporting and enmeshing myself in the local communities. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, at Missouri Western State University; and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adam's State University. I am currently under clinical supervision with Jon Soileau and am located in Downtown Kansas City, just minutes from Parkville.
