Shyness, Social Anxiety, and Depression

Participants will improve their self-esteem, identify and discuss internal struggles in a supportive environment, and work with peers to gain support and normalize experiences. Beneficial for individuals struggling to develop interpersonal relationships, perform at school or work, or feel confident & inspired in life.
